Because mere pairo me bahut jyda swelling ho rahi thi aur 5 months pregnancy me itni swelling hona normal nhi hota Mera blood km ho gya 11.2 se 9.5 Thyroid bhi thoda bdh gya And urine infection bhi thoda sa aya hai🥺 Blood bdhane k liye mai anjeer kha sakti hu kya... Anjeer (dried figs) kehte h garam hota hai... pregnancy me nuksan to nhi krega ?? Dr ne iron ki injections suggest ki hai.. Pls reply

FollowA: Aapke doctor ne iron ki tablet v di hogi usko khaiye or blood badhane k lia jinnv chijon mein iron hota hai kismish khaiye beetroot anaar , sabkuchh khaiye blood badh jayega but iron ko calcium ya fir doodh se bni hui chijo k sath mat lijiyega usse v iron absorb nhi hota or urine culture test karwane se bacteria ka pata chal jata hai jiske baad aap teports doctor ko dikhakr treatment start kr skti hai. Mujhe v urine infection hua hai mera kal urine culture test hai 8 hours k lia urine hold krne k lia bola hai uske baad pata chlega or fir mein v apna treatment start krungi because doctor ne bola hai iska treatment Krna jaruri hai taki koi v complications na ho because iski wajah se time se phle delivery hone k chances badh jatey hain bachhe ki growth v kam ayegi time k phle birth hone se islia jldi hi treatment start kr lijiye taki.koi complications na ho.
